Since I started my business back in 2011, I’ve learned so much along the way and have met some of the most creative, innovative, and driven people in the world. As someone who jumped into business ownership headfirst without much planning time or at the time direction, I bumped my head on more than one occasion and had to make my corrections.
The most important thing is that I got through it and learned from my mistakes!
I love small businesses and the people that run them. As a small business owner, I’ve learned some of what it takes to make a small business run smoothly without losing your sanity or balance of life in the process. Although many small business owners are solo operators (or solo-preneurs as I like to call them), it’s become clear to me that having a team of people to help them do the things outside of their scope is absolutely essential.
