Session Fee
The session fee is due in full at the time of booking in order to guarantee your appointment date and time. Because no other client has the opportunity to book at your time, session fees are nonrefundable. Cash, check, and credit/debit cards are accepted. PayPal is our most trusted and preferred payment avenue.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you must cancel your session due to illness or other personal emergency, please do your best to contact me at least 48 hours prior to your session so that time slot can be made available to other clients. You are, however, limited to rescheduling only two times. If your session is postponed more than two times, your session is subject to cancellation and will result in the forfeiture of your session fee.
The Session
Cameras of any kind are not permitted during our photo session. Attendance at photo sessions is limited to those being photographed and one guest, as having additional people present can be distracting to both photographer and those being photographed. Your session will begin promptly at the agreed upon time. Please come dressed and ready to begin. Because the session length is predetermined, additional preparation time will reduce the amount of time we can spend in-session and further limits the amount of images captured.
Ordering Prints and Products
Your ordering session will be scheduled approximately two weeks following your photo session unless otherwise determined before the photo session takes place. This appointment will last one hour and key decision-makers or individuals who wish to place an order are encouraged to attend. Due to the custom nature of the products and services provided, all sales are final. All unordered images will be purged 90 days after the shoot.

Digital negatives and originals remain the property and copyright of Kortney Hinton Images and may not, under any circumstances, be reproduced. Scanning, copying, printing or reproducing digital or printed images without the written consent of your photographer constitutes copyright infringement and is punishable by law.
